No. Hypo Pro stores all your training data locally on your device. You can optionally export a JSON backup or PDF report whenever you want.

Which exercises can I add?

You can pick from the built-in library (more than 50 evidence-based movements across all major muscle groups) or add fully custom exercises with your own rep ranges and equipment.

Does Hypo Pro work offline?

Yes. The full training experience works without internet, including logging sets, viewing your plan, and reviewing your history. The Hypo Pro coach needs a connection only when you tap the "Ask Hypo Pro" button.

Which languages are supported?

English, Dutch, Spanish, French, Hindi and Chinese. The app follows your system language by default and can be switched manually any time.
